Longtime Canadian movie trade veteran Julie Roy has been appointed as government director and CEO of the federal financing and promotional group Telefilm Canada.
This appears like nice information for Canada’s animation group. Roy is an animation producer with greater than 50 credit on her resume. She beforehand served as head of the Nationwide Movie Board (NFB) of Canada’s French Animation Studio and as interim head of the NFB’s English Animation Studio.
