Amongst Us, the beloved multiplayer thriller sport that exams friendships, is getting an animated collection adaptation at CBS Studios through CBS Eye Animation Productions, in partnership with Innersloth, the sport’s studio. Serving as creator and govt producer on the collection is Owen Dennis (Infinity Prepare).
Per the official logline, the collection attracts from the plot of the online game, stating “Members of your crew have been changed by an alien shapeshifter intent on inflicting confusion, sabotaging the ship, and killing everybody. Root out the ‘Impostor’ or fall sufferer to its murderous designs.” Initially launched in 2018, Amongst Us surged in recognition in 2020, when associates may come collectively throughout the COVID-19 quarantine to confuse and betray one another in a lighthearted setting.
Titmouse (Massive Mouth, Star Trek: Decrease Decks) will function the animation studio for the collection. Forest Willard, Marcus Bromander, and Carl Neisser of Innersloth be part of Dennis as govt producers, alongside Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Antonio Canobbio, and Ben Kalina of Titmouse.
