A press launch I had missed on the twelfth of March earlier states this:-
Within the first quarter of 2024, the Firm determined to droop drone design and manufacturing and to solely give attention to Drones-as-a-Service (“DaaS”) enterprise. The Firm additional developed the DaaS enterprise in 2023, and in 2024, has continued to win extra grant awards from the USDA to assist the Nationwide Assets Conservation Service. In January, Workhorse obtained a $500,000 grant and in February, obtained a separate $350,000 grant to offer actionable information from sensor scanning to extend the effectivity of underserved farmers’ and ranchers’ land use.
I ponder what platforms they are going to be utilizing, my guess could be Skydio as DJI is somewhat bit sticky for grant cash I’d have thought.
