Hello there,
I’d be glad, if there was a risk to edit a number of element properties or tags directly.
For now I’ve to click on each single element that I wish to change the properties like description or tag…Is there one other method or would the be a helpful characteristic request?

No downside. @boris.beaulant
Hello, thanks for the point out @DanRathbun.
@mkluth70, sure you possibly can edit a number of elements with OpenCutList
Choose elements :
Edit elements :
Notice that this may be finished solely on elements that share identical cutlist group (identical materials and thickness).
…and thats the purpose. If I consider e.g. a furnishings made of two our bodies, I wish to assign every element the physique it belongs to. So I could make the cutlist, however then I will group simply the elements after slicing every little thing…
This may do what you want.
You simply have to repeat the version on every cutlist group.
Else, to isolate a selected furnishings within the mannequin, the simplest method is choose this furnishings within the 3D mannequin and regenerate the cutlist.
Shure, it is a workaround, however as we for instance are constructing wall components, so for one challenge could also be we now have 10 of them, it will be an excellent factor to make an entire cutlist and simply assign all parts to the wall components. So I can export the cutlist to excel and kind/ separate how I want it…
would even be nice if the export included the dad or mum element so this is able to clear up it both…
THanks anyway for the nice work with opencutlist!
Should you use Labels, you should use group and see the group occasion title :
If it’s essential to export “dad or mum” path, it’s essential to export Listing of Cases, not “Components record”.
One line per occasion in “Listing of Cases” export :
Wow, thanks Boris, tha is what I’m searching for!
It ist solely a pity that sketchup provides a quantity to the trail, till I Rename it.
However that may be a minor factor!
THanks
To see what I imply:
Wandmodul_1 is my renaming, <Wandmodul_1> is the title of the element.
Till I don’t rename it within the outliner, the trail within the export record is only a quantity, after renaming it’s the title given…
