Illumination, the studio behind Minions, Despicable Me, Sing, The Secret Lifetime of Pets, and most lately, The Tremendous Mario Bros. Film, has launched a teaser trailer and pictures for its upcoming animated comedy, Migration. Initially slated for launch this June, the household comedy is now slated to fly into theaters this Christmas.
Within the movie, a household of geese convinces their over-protective father to go on the holiday of a lifetime as they try to migrate from New England by way of New York Metropolis and in the end right down to the Bahamas.
The movie is helmed by Oscar-nominated director Benjamin Renner from an unique screenplay by Mike White (College of Rock, The White Lotus), with Illumination founder Chris Meledandri producing.
