Making niagara system to run on Two’s(like cease movement)


hello
i’ve been utilizing niagara to do crowd simulations. however the character animation is in Twos.
basicaly skips each different body . so because the particle sim is in ones (Regular Body charge) it
is creating non sync between animation and partcle sim.
can somebody assist me making niagara sim in Twos …
i attempted making it to 12 fps …doesnt appear to work
