The twenty seventh version of Cartoons on the Bay – Worldwide Competition of Animation, Transmedia and Meta-Arts, returns to Pescara (Abruzzo Area, Italy) Could 31 to June 4. The occasion is promoted by Rai and arranged by Rai Com. Submissions at the moment are being accepted.
