I simply obtained a brand new PC and I need to set up my copy of Sketchup 2019 to the brand new PC. Putting in is just not an issue, I’ve the unique exe file from Trimble from again within the day. the issue I’m having is that once I go to enter my license data, the spinning wheel pops up for a break up second then goes away. Nothing occurs… No error message, it simply doesn’t clear my license. I’ve tried reaching out to Trimble however nada. Any assist could be nice!
