Trays not retaining peak property when new mannequin opens – SketchUp

Once I open any mannequin in SketchUp, model new from a template or an present file, the tray heights (not the trays themselves however the information they include, Entity Data, Elements, Supplies, and so forth.) have reverted again to their smallest allowable peak leaving loads of unused house within the tray. See the hooked up picture for what opens up vs how I ultimately set it up. I’m utilizing SkethUp Professional 2023. Not an enormous bug, however I don’t keep in mind having to do that in earlier variations of SketchUp.

I’ve observed that the workspace appears to retain it’s state higher on this model, however it might be good to have this repair. Normally, it’d be good to have some form of workspace file that you would be able to export/import and cargo for SketchUp Professional, however possibly that’s one other subject.

Thanks!

FYI, These are generally known as inspector panels.

Sure, it’s a recognized implementation bug with the migration to the Qt GUI framework libraries (which occurred with the 2023 launch.)

I agree it’s tremendous annoying that this might not be mounted inside 3 releases after half a 12 months or so. We will solely assume that there have been extra essential issues that wanted to be mounted with this migration effort.

I knew there have to be one other title for the panel that truly holds the tray. Thanks!
