Trays not working – SketchUp

Hello I’ve all the time had points with model 2023 and the trays not registering or operable on begin up.
I hoped that the most recent replace would have sorted the issue out, but it surely has not.
I’ve made a video of what I see on begin up of Sketchup so you might higher see the difficulty.

Does anybody know the place the difficulty lies? This solely occurs in Sketchup. The third half part browser I exploit works effectively so I’m guessing it a Sketchup problem.

Model 23.0.419 didn’t treatment the issue.

The 2023.0.2 replace solely had safety associated modifications in it.
