VRay for Sketchup Will not Launch – V-Ray for SketchUp

Hello every time I click on on V-Ray’s Asset Editor or Chaos Cosmos neither of its home windows would pop up. I’ve been un-installing, and re-installing from scratch a number of occasions with out luck.
