Manus – VFX Sketchbook – Actual Time VFX


Hey! I’m Manus.

I’ve seen loads of folks making their very own sketchbooks and it sounds to me like an superior concept to get some motivation :smiley: (Though I’m nowhere close to the extent of others right here I suppose it is going to be plenty of enjoyable to share my works!)

Beforehand I’ve labored as a Junior Technical Artist at Spokko (A part of CD PROJEKT) although my beautiful firm folded, so proper now I’m jobless in search of a VFX Artist place xD
Earlier than that I used to be working in some smaller studios for instance creating VFX for VR video games.

I’ve learnt tips on how to present previews :smile: Let’s go!

I used to be in a temper right this moment to do a little bit of drawing, so began with concepting my impact for Unreal Problem.
Virtually made the principle a part of the impact, although must end it up tomorrow. Identical with different components of the impact.

Completed up the principle a part of the impact. In subsequent days will draw a Fade in/out and top-down view. Then gonna do it in engine.

Drawing that sketch takes me quite a lot of time because it’s my first idea of VFX, so I suppose with some follow I’ll get higher :smiley: Actually pleased with the way it begins to form itself (having plenty of enjoyable too).
