The Ottawa Worldwide Animation Competition (OIAF) proclaims the creation of the Hélène Tanguay Award for Humor in recognition of the late Nationwide Movie Board of Canada worker and 2007 OIAF Honorary President. A champion for the worldwide animation group, Tanguay was recognized for her infectious humorousness.
